    Perhaps the Rev could get on the Bat Phone and order up one of those hurricane specials off the Old Testament menu for El Presidente. Once Disneyland's been taken care of, natch.

    The State Dept needs some leveling or so says the good minister.

    As you know he does have the power to move hurricanes by prayer on TV
