Have there ever been good prequels? Really, I was trying to think of one and couldn't. I was thinking initially of the Dune prequels and of course of those movies, but other than that have there been prequels of value?
I'd agree with the "Batman Begins was pretty good" assessment. But it's hard to tell if it was a good prequel or if I just love Christian Bale beyond all reason.
"A Deepness in the Sky" was very good. I also thought "Batman Begins" was pretty good.
